Established 24/7/365 Answering Service in 1986, specializing in Emergency Response. Started working for Crime Stopper Programs as their Call Centre Nov. 94. During this time have developed a Crime Stopper Training Manuel with valuable input from our customers. Currently we transmit tips either by fax from our system or e-transfer/fax from TipSoft. JBC's business operates in a security controlled environment with a "security vestibule" entrance, intercom and closed circuit television system to protect against entry by unauthorized persons. JBC currently answers for 47 programs across North America and are winners of a National Service Award for 3 consecutive years.
